There are three prestigious levels of participation. Each level brings an unique set of wine experiences and winemaker’s insights concerning Harwood wines from planting to pouring. Leaf through the descriptions of our three membership levels below.

Our Winemaker will select each shipment based upon seasonal wine preferences, generally, and information we obtain from you upon joining The Harwood Wine Club. Yes, you can express your own preferences.

  • Annual Fee $150 all-inclusive
  • Annual Fee $200 all-inclusive
  • Annual Fee $250 all-inclusive

The Captain – 6 wines per year
$150 annual fee – 3 wines twice per year.

The Commodore – 9 wines per year
$200 annual fee – 4 wines, then 5 wines.
One shipment will include a future release wine.

The Admiral – 12 wines per year
$250 annual fee – 6 wines twice per year.
Both shipments will include a future release wine.

Here’s What Members Receive

Harwood Wine Club Members of all three levels will receive shipments of Harwood wines, as they are available on our shelves, and at LCBO’s, grocers and fine restaurants all over Ontario. This package will include detailed information on each wine along with food-pairing suggestions and recipes. Our Winemaker will add expert cellering tips and insights that could only come from the Winemaker.

Commodore and Admiral level Members will also receive pre-release wines, before they are made available publicly, and we will welcome their opinions to share when the wines have been released.

Commodore and Admiral level Members may also receive occasional past vintages from Harwood’s Library of bottle-aged red wines which our winemaker chose to be stored in our cellar.

Members can re-order any non-Librarywines that were contained in any of their shipments at a savings of 10% (unless there is a better price being offered to Circle of Friends Members).

The Added Benefits of Membership

All new Harwood Wine Club Members are automatically registered in our Circle of Friends and become immediately eligible for all special Circle of Friends offerings, which are frequent and substantial. Wine Club Members will also receive all Circle of Friends notifications of special pricing, Harwood events and insider-information about Prince Edward County.

All current Members may bring a group of up to six persons to our Hillier, Ontario Tasting Room for a VIP Wine Tasting experience with advance reservation.

Membership Policies and Details

ā–ŗMembers must be of legal drinking age.
ā–ŗAll shipments must be received and signed for by a person of legal drinking age.
ā–ŗAll members are notified prior to shipment and address confirmation is required.
ā–ŗAddress changes must be made in writing (email is fine) two weeks prior to shipping windows.
ā–ŗShipments made in May and November of each calendar year.
ā–ŗShipping free for Ontario residents only (Restrictions may apply).
ā–ŗAll prices include HST.
ā–ŗAll members agree to a minimum of two shipments for one annual fee which is due upon membership submission.
