We’re at your Farmers’ Market and several local events this year. And the flood gate of events has opened here in Hillier, Prince Edward County, Ontario! Our calendar will be very busy this yesr. So if you looking for the good times, The County is is where to start.
Here are some scheduled events at our Tasting Room that are quite popular. Some are also County-wide events:
Private VIP Tasting Party
Saturday, June 13th, 1pm, $30 pp, includes a personal cheese plate and a flight of reserved wines including our newly-released Aphrodite Sparkling 2024. Winemaker Jason Collens-Noll will lead a tour of our cellar with some barrel samples of our premium wines. We don’t offer tastings of Aphroditr Traditional Method Sparkling Wine in our Tasting Room because we only made 444 bottles of this very fine wine. It’s the first Sparkling Wine we are aware of having been made with the St. Laurent grape. A rare treat. Reservations are required.

Summer Sizzle
A little Summer feast for the whole family, 11 AM tto 5 PM on July 12. A barbequed gourmet sausage on a bun (vegan available), side of salad, cookie and a glass of Wine or Beer or a Mocktail at an amazing $22. Reservations not required, but they are recommended for the best seating.
